All-Call™ Access Control System
Caring for residents in long-term care facilities who suffer from Alzheimer's or other dementia is a very difficult task. Uncontrolled wandering exposes residents to possible life-threatening dangers. Such approaches as physical and chemical restraints are often inappropriate for residents suffereing from dementia, and unselective door alarms are often missed because of their unreliability in notifying of a valid wanderer situation.
The Alliance All-Call™ Access Control System is an innovative solution to the problem of elopements risks and security concerns. Features include:
• Robust Equipment - the system utilizes the AMT-2100 Door Control Module, our proprietary door control module which is the best in the business. The system also utilizes quality key pads, mushroom buttons, resident tags, etc. which keep your system operating to peak performance.• Smart Technology - the AMT-2100 Door Control Module utilizes smart technology which enables it to read both resident and staff tags, selectively lock and unlock doors, selectively sound alarms, automatically lock and unlock doors at preset times, interface the system to provide wireless paging, as well as other functions.
• Versatile - the system has programmable functions, allowing for multiple user codes and different security/monitoring time-out functions. Alliance's Auto-Secure feature provides the facility the flexibility to set up customized security features at each protected door. The Alliance system also monitors corridors and elevators.
• Controlled Access - when the Alliance system is utilized with electromagnetic locks, it can selectively deny access to monitored residents at protected doors, while allowing complete access to staff, non-monitored residents, and family members. Also, access into the facility from the outside can be restricted on a selective or general basis when desired.
• Convenient & Easy to Operate - the All-Call™ Access Control System offers effective, reliable detection which improves resident care and provides peace of mind to relatives, staff and management.
