The Alliance All-Call© Wireless Staff Notification System is the next generation of wireless notification technology developed for the health care community, and incorporates features specific to long-term care. Features include:
• Robust Equipment - the system utilizes commercial wireless panels and transmitters manufactured by GE Security, a leader in wireless technology.
• Off-site Viewing - the system can be networked to allow viewing of facility calls by any authorized users On or Off-site.
• Main Screen - information displayed on the 17" flat panel monitor when a call is placed includes room number, date/time of call, type of call (bed, bath, elopement, etc.), and repeat page counter. Once an alarm is acknowledged, it disappears from the main screen, preventing unauthorized viewing of previous facility call activity. No names are displayed on the screen to comply with current HIPPA regulations. Names are displayed on staff pagers and activity reports.
• Call Escalation - there are 4 levels of call escalation which can be timed at different intervals for different types of calls. Call escalation timing is specific to each call, allowing repeat paging to be timed accurately. When a call is placed, the main screen displays color codes to allow alarm status to be viewed.
• Timed Messages - nursing function reminders such as the turning of a resident at set intervals can be programmed into the system to send a page to specific nursing staff.
• Manual Paging - staff messages can be manually paged, using multi-selection of pagers, selection of pre-defined messages (such as "staff meeting @ 3pm"), and free-form message editing.
• Automatic Page Allocation - the All-Call© software allows for the automatic reallocation of pagers from shift to shift to accommodate shift staffing changes.
• Reporting - acitivity reports can be generated within the All-Call© software, and can be easily exported to Microsoft® Excel (Excel is pre-loaded on the All-Call© system computer).
• Password Protection - User authorization functions are provided on 4 different levels.
• Improves Status of Facility - new resident family members are more likely to entrust their loved ones to your facility's care when they can have the added benefit of peace of mind provided by a 24/7 security system installed.
